Frank Oceans Father to sue Frank Oceans estranged father is allegedly suing the ‘Pyramids’ singer for £1Million Since feuding with Christ Brown in June 2011 on Twitter, the singer has been somewhat more reserved in his use of the social network, but In an unusual move, a normally private Ocean tweeted @frank_ocean “father wanna sue me for a million. like i owe him back child support. weak individual bought me a swiss knife at 6yrs old then dipped on me.”  the status has since been removed but not long after he tweeted @frank_ocean “i got his DNA though, maybe I inherited some of his karma too.” It is not unusual for estranged parents to resurface and try to lay claim to family fortune, but Frank Has made it clear previously that he has no relationship with his father, so it will be interesting to learn on what grounds he is being sued. Whilst we hope he does resolve any issues he may have with his Dad, at the very least we hope he channels this into new material (No pun intended). It will probably be quite a wait though as the multi Grammy nominee will allegedly be taking a break from music to write a novel. Ending speculation about whether or not he would write the book, He said in an interview with The Guardian “ I don’t intend to stop making music. This isn’t a faux retirement. It’s no bullshit. I was just making music yesterday. But I do think – it would be fucking legendary if I just made Channel Orange last year, then put out a best-selling novel next year, then, you know, designed an arena in Stockholm in 2014! I don’t know!
